Availability of a specialist, exact visit timing, and coverage for a given locality are confirmed by a care coordinator after booking, not guaranteed at the moment a form is submitted.
Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- A booking request via the website or phone is confirmed once a care coordinator contacts you with a specific date and time.
- Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.
Fees & Payment
Session fees and any applicable travel charges for your locality are communicated by your care coordinator before your first visit is confirmed. Payment terms will be shared at the time of booking.
